Playing Catch up.............

After a good start with the Pewsey Championship I was third after two matches.  Problem is as I had booked into other competitions previous to the start of this championship.  So I have missed one Lake Match ( fishing the Toyota missed out on a possible 8 points); and one Canal match (Fishing Blakeys festival missed out on a possible 15 Points) and I have dropped to tenth place!

I probably wouldn't have won either, but I am confident I would have picked up some points, and thus denting other competitors totals. Still no use crying over spilt milk.  Chin up and crack on.

So back on the Championship hunt and playing catch up big style.  On the lake this sunday.  Tough venue, decimated by cormorants and eastern European fish thieves (allegedly)ounces can bring good points.
